Depending on their size and shape, some custom items can't be reliably sealed tamper-evident. We'll re-seal them whenever a seal comes loose, but our loss compensation can only apply to items we can keep securely sealed.

  2. Confirmation callWe call to confirm your details and plan, and take a part-payment to lock your slot.
  3. PickupOur agent collects from your door, then seals and QR-tags everything in front of you, so you can see if it is ever opened.
  4. InventoryEvery item gets its own slot in our secure facility, is scanned at each move, and is photographed every week.
  5. Manage & retrieveSee every photo and update in your dashboard. Ask for one item or everything back, whenever you need it.

What we don't take,
and why.

Our security is genuinely strong: biometric, CCTV-monitored facilities, tamper-evident seals, and weekly photo logs on every item. Even so, we don't encourage storing what fraudsters actively target — gold, cash, or original property and title documents. However well we'd guard them, an original title deed in the wrong hands is a tool for fraud, so we simply don't take them. Bylox is built for the important-but-not-exploitable: your books, records, files, keepsakes, and business archives.

  • Not accepted: No gold, cash, or bullionNever accepted, on any plan — there's nothing here worth stealing.
  • Not accepted: No original property or title deedsStore a certified copy with us; keep the fraud-risk original elsewhere.
