Book a pickup online. We bring airtight boxes to your door, QR-tag and photograph each one, and add them to your digital inventory. Consumer Box pickups run on scheduled zone-days; business Records pickups are booked to a slot.

Each plan has its own allowed list (see Services): Box for personal documents & items, Records for business files, Vault for confidential/high-value documents. Across every plan we never accept cash, gold, jewellery, hazardous or perishable goods, illegal items, weapons, or living things.

Standard retrieval is next-business-day in-city; same-day priority is available for ₹299. For Records, scan-on-demand emails you a single file the same day without moving the box.

Yes — storage is backed by a per-box liability cap and goods-in-trust cover, with an optional declared-value upgrade for high-value contents. Full terms are in our storage agreement.

Your boxes are stored in an access-controlled, professionally managed facility with CCTV (and biometric entry on the Secure tier), QR chain-of-custody, and trained staff — not a dusty warehouse.

No minimum for Bylox Box. For Records, a pickup of 10+ boxes gets free collection and on-site boxing — but you can start with fewer, and add more anytime.

Yes. Records are handled by vetted staff under defined processes, stored access-controlled, and never disclosed. For the most sensitive documents, Bylox Vault adds customer-sealed, tamper-evident custody with declared-value insurance.

As long as you need — Records is built for multi-year statutory retention. We never destroy anything without your written instruction, and offer secure, certified destruction when a retention period ends.

All plans attract 18% GST. Prices shown to individuals are GST-inclusive; GST-registered businesses can claim input tax credit, so the effective cost is lower.
